At 8:50 we called after our battery wouldn't jump. They close at 9. Two employees stayed late to ensure we got a battery when no one else in town was willing. We were an hour away from home and it made all the difference. Great customer service and very much appropriciated!!

I want to give the benefit of doubt but I went here once and I will be taking my business to advance auto parts every time. I went in for a oil drain bolt and the employee looked it up for me and said that he doesn’t know what part number it is but that they had a bunch of plugs in the back of the store and I could go check it out myself. Maybe he was having a bad day, but in retail you need to be on it with every customer.
rude, pushy manager at this store. i asked for help and was treated poorly as if they were too busy for me - 3 people standing around. sorry to be such a “burden “ as a customer who needs help
