Esteban Melgar who is a sales associate at this branch was harassing and shaking down my business with a pitch of him finding "things that are wrong with my web page" but that he can fix them, because I guess he thinks Autozone makes him somehow an expert at this? When I turned him down he and 4 of his friends started leaving bad reviews for my business on Google and he was doing it while on Autozones payroll. I had very good experience with sales associates at this location. They helped me quickly exchanging wrong part that I purchased.
At 8:50 we called after our battery wouldn't jump. They close at 9. Two employees stayed late to ensure we got a battery when no one else in town was willing. We were an hour away from home and it made all the difference. Great customer service and very much appropriciated!!
