The tall heavy set guy there was extremely rude. He was talking to me with his head behind the computer screen and when I didn't understand what he was saying, he started being loud and eye-balling me. You should train your employees to speak in full sentences and not yell out single words from behind the computer screen.

Jorge the store manager assisted me with my battery issue. I got another battery installed right away. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Other associates asked me if I needed help while I was waiting. This was the fastest service I ever experienced at any store.

Chuck was very sweet and kind. I really appreciate his kindness and hard work. He really deserves more I must put a five because of Chuck but if I could I would put another review in for 0 for the rude manager Alex.
