The shock absorber on my wife's van blew up while we were visiting from Maryland. I called ahead to see if they had a couple tools I could borrow because its a pretty easy repair. I need a 14mm socket, a 17mm socket, a wrench, and a jack. That was it. I spoke to Bruce. Bruce basically told me to not come. He said they couldn't loan me a jack but they could sell me one. Thanks to Ms Amber who helped me change my battery even though it was difficult to change she took her time to do that even when I told her a different autozone to me they couldn’t do it because It would be a hassle Thank you so much MS Amber
I have recently started shopping at this particular AutoZone store which cares about customer service. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Caleb, who is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time needed to resolve your automotive needs. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store.
