Went to autozone to replace a dead headlight bulb. Went to the clerk to pay only to find out the clerk is in training. And can’t fully transact my payment because the total was 22.50 and I had 20.99 in my account. I told the clerk I can pay remaining balance with cash/change the clerk said he didn’t know how to do that. So Sergio (asst manager) “cancelled” the transaction and we re tried the payment.
