This store is not like the old one, staff doesn't know what they are doing have no knowledge of cars or parts, need more or staff
Just wanted to drop off used oil. 2 people working the counter. At least a half dozen others filling orders. Long line. Stopped and asked a worker if they still take used oil hoping he would just take it. He just confirmed and kept walking. Where's the customer service? I understand online shoppers need to be filled in a timely manner. But in store service should come first.
