We drove up from Rancho cucamonga, CA only to have our battery die in Hurricane, UT at our timeshare. We met with Andrew at Autozone and he gave us an excellent deal on a new battery. The next morning we drove into Zion National Park and once again our check battery light came on. We were faced with having to replace our alternator. The local shops want us to leave the car at their shop for the next 2 or 3 days while they order a new alternator. We were in trouble and stranded. I went back to Autozone...back to Andrew. I called about some loaner tools before I arrived, they said they had the tool kit I needed. I got the tool kit I asked for when I got there and a few other small items. I really appreciate the loaner tools that Autozone offers.
Tony M. checked my battery, starter and alternator on my 2014 Chev Spark. It was dark, windy and cold but Tony was amazing. Starter and alternator good but battery bad. He volunteered to take old battery out and put new battery in! Amazing service! Thanks Tony and Autozone!!
