I just visited the local AutoZone here in Hurricane, and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service Cassie and Drew provided. The staff went above and beyond to help test & replace my car battery. My girls were having a hard time with the heat standing outside for a bit, when we came inside to cool off Drew the manager offered us water. I thought that was very kind and thoughtful. Thank you Hurricane Autozone!
This review is mostly about the worker Drew. I was next in line and had been waiting with others for about 10 mins. I was next in line but he decided to take a call instead the call was quick so I didn’t mind. After the call ended he let a male (I am a female) cut me and he helped him instead (I know he knew about me there as right before the call we made eye contact and he told me he would be right with me).
