Every visit to this store has been a very seamless process from the greeting upon entering, the service rendered and the thank you for your business. It’s great to walk in and feel appreciated as a customer. Trevin and the entire staff goes above and beyond to help each and every customer.
I purchased a pair of struts on Thursday 8/13/25 with a delivery date of 11am 8/14/25. Upon arrival at 9am, 8/15/25 am told wasn't delivered and to return in one to two hours. Two hours later I am shown two boxes of struts that don't match the order. At 11am am told the parts are on rush delivery. As of this moment, I don't have the parts. Disappointed
Visited Autozone today and Matthew P helped me with my headlights. He helped me to change them. He was super nice and gave me EXCELLENT customer service. If you are looking for an Autozone with great customer service and friendly workers come here.
Donovan was very friendly , patient and helpful giving me a free diagnostic getting a new battery installed and informed me of also needing a new alternator without any pressure .
