Came to get a new battery. Mikey C. helped us and was very kind and professional.
Two years ago I purchased a battery for my car from this Autozone with a 3 year warranty. Today I came in to use the warranty and get my battery replaced. The person behind the counter told me he could not swap out the battery for me because of "company policy." I found this suspicious because when I bought the battery two years ago, the workers installed it for me. went to get battery checked because it was still under warranty and it was good just needed to be charged but the guy refused to take out the battery due to “policy”. Read the policy and it said this specifically for hybrid cars. I don’t drive a hybrid. The workers were just lazy. Poor customer service.
