Useless. Terrible. Awful. Customer service is non-existent. I ordered a part 6 hours ahead and drive there on my way home. Watch the attendant take 5 minutes to replace the receipt paper. Then takes their time looking for the part just to tell me they did not have the part. I say refund it, another 5 minutes just for the refund. Absolute waste of time. I’ll be driving 20 mins out of my way to go to O’Reillys.
Was in a bad spot (over,heating) Victor helped me out bigtime . There should be more people like him in the world. Thanks Victor
