I was helped out by a really cool manager Elias. I showed him my receipt of battery that I bought and he easily helped me out. I went to other locations and they did not want to help me. I bought the most expensive battery for the warranty and parmer location just put a bunch of 0s for my phone number location. This location makes me want to shop more at auto zone.
Older guy with gray hair was extremely rude. I came in asking for them to test my battery and alternator and he said “is your car running? Then it works.” And after I explained to him why I want the test he told me to settle down and said I was skipping school because I looked too young? He was sexist the whole encounter as well. Another employee ended up helping me and he was great!
The entire staff was friendly helpful and had wonderful customer service. Elias helped me swap out my battery with ease even with the small issues we had systematically, which he also fixed in the process. David was beyond helpful he stood out in 20 degree weather with me to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle.
Love this store they take their very patient and explains everything to you before leaving the store.
