Asked James the manager for help, multiple times, had his employees try to get him over there to help multiple times, just needed his manager code, he then decided to just ignore us for 30 minutes and take on every new customer that came in instead of helping us
James d the manager made me wait 30 minutes so I could purchase a part through my commercial account. He would not come to the register and handle my business that would’ve took 1 minute. He kept taking newer customers and avoided me for 30 minutes and I kept asking for him. Horrible manager towards customers.
This guy James was a wonderful can help with anything
