The staff at this store are so helpful when you enter the business more than one employee will greet you and ask how they can help you. The employee's treat every customer with respect. The manager was extremely rude to his employees. He was so rude it made me uncomfortable to sit there and watch. Then the manager started being rude to me claiming that he could do certain things. When I know that they can. He told me to call the customer service line. Guess what when I did call the regional office told me they could have fixed my problem in store.
