I've been going to "the zone" for decades. Glad to find one nearby when I moved here. These folks are absolute pros. Special shout out to Sam, who tested and changed my battery in the snow!
Dale, store manager, is a great guy and super helpful. I just went there to test my battery. The battery turned out to be ok, and I loved how thoroughly he explained why the car was not starting and what I can do to prevent that in future.
Sam gave me an excellent deal on a new battery and went above and beyond, installing it for me in freezing temps, all with a friendly demeanor. Highly recommend!
Miles Williams went above and beyond to help me. Had my toddler with me and as the worker was coming outside I was sitting in my car and asked if he could check my engine light as well as go inside and get me a taillight for my car. Without hesitation, he said of course and used his personal car reader and even changed the taillight for me. Great people that work there!
What a great experience today. Extremely kind, helped us install our car battery with efficiency and patience, and such pleasant individuals to be around. Thank you.
