I think her name was magen she was very helpful while installing my new battery she explained what she was doing .told me she would also check the alternator and starter for free. This is our new store. Friendly staff
Franklin was great as he replaced the battery when 2 other locations wouldn't for my 20 year old daughter. Other locations wouldn't do it because of 2 tabs need to be removed on the air intake. They said it was too much work and a liability. Franklin never hesitated when the screen alerted him and treated it like any other situation.
Garret was such a great help with helping me figure out my door ! such an honest guy!
