My husband visited the store to return an item he had previously purchased. Huge shout out to DJ for his help tonight! My son who was in town visiting family, was heading home tonight when his dome light wouldn’t turn off. Driving home five hours at night with interior light on was not an option! He asked for help and DJ went outside and quickly identified the issue and the problem was fixed! We are very appreciative of his help! Thank you DJ!!
There is this one female personnel that I have encountered tToday she has horrible customer service, I ended up leaving because of the way how she was - I was trying to ask for assistance regarding a cabin air filter but not a single willingness was offered rather she was being sarcastic. She is the single rotten tomato in a basket.
