Spent significant time looking for a tool but couldn't find it. Asked an employee and instead of receiving help looking. I was simply told if they did it would be in the isle i was looking in. Thanks for nothing. If it hadn't happened so often I would have continued using this store. Advanced auto up the street had one and helped me find it.
Cliff is great to deal with . Great knowledge and getting me what I needed the first time
Cliff is the man and he saved the day! A family members car needed a lightbulb. This is a very simple task for those that are mechanically inclined, however, I’m not so much. Cliff found the lightbulb for me in about two seconds offered to help me put it in and it took less than five minutes total for me to walk in the door and get in my car and drive away. Most importantly, Cliff was very friendly and super professional, and beyond helpful and kind! Thank you Cliff!
Got a good price on oil for an oil change for my vehicle. They were out of stock of the oil filter I wanted but the salesperson gave me a more expensive oil filter for the price of the out of stock filter which was quite nice.
