Dec. 31st, 2025 @ 3pm. Long line, one counter person to help customers. Took 20 mins to be helped. The counter guy tries to tell me which spark plugs I need, Brand wise, like I'm a rookie cause I'm female. I've done my research. I know what I want and why. Then asked him if they were pre-gapped. He said yes. I asked where the plug gapper guage was cause I needed a new one to check them and be sure before installing. He rolled his eyes and took a deep breath. Poor knowledge of basic parts/service. I requested the staff member set aside the proper hose clamp to go with the radiator I ordered so that my 65 year old mother could pick it up for me to repair her car. I was told “I’m not able to do that, I’m not good with radiators.” Anyone with a 9th grade shop class education can deduce that nearly any hose clamp would work. After laying my bike down in the rain one day I broke my crankshaft cover and was pretty much out of commission. And even though AutoZone is not a motorcycle parts store I went into discover anything I could that would help and I found a friendly staff with helpful suggestions and even loan me tools to do the repairs I needed to do to get the bike movable. Jason I believe the supervisor and if not you should be was most kind and even offered to keep the store open a little longer if I needed him to. I don't give many reviews... read more
