Stood in-line for 5 plus minutes while one associate was actively helping a customer and another stood off to the side ignoring the line building up behind me. Neither associate looked up nor did they make any acknowledgment of myself or the other customers waiting. UPDATED REVIEW!! Still the worst Autozone I've had the displeasure of going to. Jason H. Sales and parts manager was extremely rude to myself and the female employee Erica while I was doing a tool rental return. He was cordial to the male customers coming in and spoke to us like we were idiots whe. I had questions about why the return amount didn't include tax. I'll avoid this location once again. This autozone has the largest group of kids working here that know absolutely nothing about cars. I'd rather wait in line for 15 ... read more
