Stopped in for new wiper blades. They went above and beyond. Not only helped me find the model, but verified they fit on the truck. Gave me a discount which let me have a jug of washer fluid for free. I came from the northeast, and guess what, Southern hospitality is a real thing. I will be back multiple times. it’s the little things. Something like that gains a customer for life. I recommend this store 100%.
My son stopped in while traveling home to Ohio from Alabama because my car was throwing a code electronic power assist steering. He attempted to ask a couple simple questions and the guy was very rude to say the least. Said why don’t you people check your vehicles before taking a trip. Not sure what his problem was but I’ve never dealt with such an arrogant rude Auto Zone employee in my life. I went in and asked how to diagnose the noise coming from my truck. The associate quickly instructed me to buy some Power Steering fluid. After I filled up the reservoir, the noise was gone. Thank you for helping me...
I stopped trying to buy parts here, because they never stock simple parts like Alternator’s Water pumps etc. Their 2day delivery to their store from everywhere! FYI , O’Reilly kept part like this and their generaly better priced! A real parts store! Corporate in Lexington, Tn stop on your rears and get out to your stores to see their stocked with what people need! High Output headlights isn’t enough!
