Upon entering the store on 9/28/2026 at 2:00 pm, I observed four Caucasian male employees standing behind the cash register making explicitly racist comments. As I approached the front desk, these staff members intentionally dispersed to avoid offering me any assistance. Hello everyone, I am impressed with the store techs. They will narrow the search down and spend the time to find what part you are looking for. Today's trip was for a rear rotor for my Tahoe and was in stock and ready to go. So if your looking to replace a part give them a call see if it's in stock or has to be ordered. So give them a call.

I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone! I originally went in thinking I needed a new battery, but instead of trying to sell me one, the team took the time to test it and honestly let me know that my battery was still good. That kind of honesty saved me money and earned my trust. I also purchased A/C refrigerant and charged my A/C myself in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I accidentally overcharged the system.
