el dia de hoy mientras estoy en la fila esperando para comprar una pieza suena el teléfono en varias ocasiones y en vez de ponerlos en espera y atenderme ya que estoy ahí primero para comprar se ponen a atender las llamadas y dejarme al cliente que esta físico esperando. me fui, no creo que esto sea buena atención al cliente
