Muy disgustada con estos empleados, acabo de llamar y no tienen ética, dejaron que un cliente me faltará el respeto por tener el teléfono en alta voz y no le dijo nada me volvió y me faltó esl respeto por 2da vez y el empleado no hizo nada. Falta de ética y disciplina por parte de los empleados muy mal!!!
I needed to change the battery of my 2019 Mazda 3 HB. Julio was the associate that took care of my need. He checked tha battery on the car and determined that it was already gone. He sold me a new battery and installed it on my car. He did it in a very efficient and clean manner. He took time to orient me on how to maintain it to maintain it’s performance. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks!
