Battery in my truck was dead. Took the battery out and took it into this Auto Zone. Both employees sitting behind the counter on their phones. Asked to test the battery to see If it was bad...told me their machine was broken. 3rd time the machine was broken. Bought a battery but the employees were in a rush to get back to their phones. Go to another auto zone. These guys were useless.
