I went in to autozone today and yes I did have a regretful experience in the Kahului store. 5 stars for the part that I wanted. 2 for the service and attitude from the person who unwillingly helped me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. But I do have my receipt! He was relaxing with his co worker when I walked in. So I think I bothered him. They were very helpful and changed a dead battery for me very fast
My car was making weird noises as I drove it to and from work. I was highly referred to AutoZone. I walked into AutoZone and did not know what to expect. I was embarrassed explaining the weird noises to the male individual across the counter. To my surprise, he didn't laugh at me but told me to go outside and look at my car for loose objects that could possibly be the cause of that noise. Norman Villarama is such an asset to this company. I am a Autozone customer for life! Norman, I am very grateful to you!
Norman Villarama was super kind and helpful yesterday. He educated me on how my engine performs to help me better innerstand what was happening and what steps that need to be taken to repair it.
