Just bought a truck last week and got an error code so we took it to Auto Zone. Bill, the store manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He looked up the code and gave us a printout that we could take to the dealership. Bill was very informative and set my mind at ease. The staff here is always friendly and I highly recommend.

Specifically for the Canton CT store - I've been coming to this store for a while. They've always been friendly and helpful. Both in the store and over the phone. Once I got some oil and a prybar tool and put the oil in while in the parking lot and accidentally threw away the tool with the empty quart bottle. When I called them up to let them know what i thought happened, the guy actually went through their trash can to see if i threw it away and dug it out for me to set it aside!!! Above and beyond.
My battery died so by some miracle I got the car to make it here. I asked that they replace it which is something they normally do. The guy there said sorry I’m the only one here and have to watch the counter so I can’t. Fine. Whatever. I came back later and there were two employees. Neither of them knew how to install a car battery. How do you hire people who cannot install a battery where you are known to sell and install/dispose of car batteries. Absolutely ridiculous.
