I asked for help to check engine. With the machine. The employee gave me the machine to check it myself not knowing how to use it properly. Didn't help me . Bad service!
Excellent service team Dominque and Theresa helped me get my car running in the fastest time. I am very grateful for them helping me when I really needed it. They are excellent at the job and wonderful as people.
Some people shouldn’t work at a service place that makes you go outside and perform a free service that is offered. An old woman with black glasses that needs to find another job …Sorry this job isn’t for you, it wasn’t even raining for you to perform a free service on my car to check my battery that again is offered by the company. And then give me attitude about it. Stepping in a puddle sprinkled more than it was “raining”. This location is the best. I'm a little down on my luck right now but the kindness that Dominique and Deborah showed me goes a really long way. I really appreciate the 2 of them. Big thanks to them and autozone for having people that care and go beyond the job duties to help people out.
I went to the store with an issue and the manager. Terrisa and Dom were extremely helpful. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my issue was fully resolved. They took the time to listen understand the situation and handle everything with Care. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the way they made sure I left satisfied thank you Terrisa and Dom for going above and beyond.
