I came into AutoZone today to purchase a new battery, and Ms. Deborah was absolutely amazing! I believe she’s the manager, and she provided five-star service from beginning to end. She was patient, friendly, had a great attitude, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. Sometimes when you need help installing something, you can tell the employee really doesn’t want to do it—but not Deborah! It was a battery replacement the employee Deborah was helpful did everything possible to solve any issues I had. She made me feel very comfortable to continue using this location for my auto parts and more
came into auto zone looking to get a new battery & have it installed met a guy name Lenz he accommodated to all my services even replaced & installed my new battery , had a great conversation really nice / cool young man , I will be coming back
