Typically, when I go to AutoZone, the employees are extremely helpful, but I have to review this particular individual who went above and beyond to help me with my coolant issue on my Volkswagen. His name is Zach and it’s very possible that if he wouldn’t have helped me, I would’ve ended up with a much more serious issue so shout out thank you so much Zach & AutoZone team!!!!
I don't know how they got so many 5 star reviews. In the past 2 weeks, I went to the248 Blanding location, to get oil and filter for an oil change. First time, they would not take my used oil, unless I gave them my phone number. So I went to the one down the street. This is the worse store ever. Truly rude especially the old lady who’s the assistant store manager. Hearing how she speaks to the employees in front of customers is truly horrible. She has no idea how to lead or have teachable moments with her staff what so ever. Very hot shopping in this store! Wasn’t in there long and I was sweating! I feel bad for the workers that have to be there for 5+ hours.
