I strictly gave 5 start because of Luis! Shelly was absolutely horrible! She was lazy and did not want to do her job! I walked in and asked for a battery check and she told me she couldn’t help me cause they were short staffed and walked away!! Luis walks out a few moments later looking confused and asked how he could help I explained what was needed and he jumped in right away!
