The guys working there a VERY knowledgeable. I had a code read and it said my catalytic converter was bad. They saved me 300+ by recommending a special catalytic converter flush. I didn’t catch his name but thank you for the recommendation! It worked!
Jaziah & Xylia did a gr8 job from start to finish. i got a new battery & she replaced the old one. Girl power!! Also gr8 customer service. definitely recommend a one service come to AutoZone Brandon five stars!!!! Exceptional service and great prices
One of the worst customer service experience I've had at AutoZone. I walk in the store I say hi to the employees they don't even acknowledge you. Then when I asked for help from this young girl about the code reader needing it to get plugged into my vehicle to find out what's wrong with it or to find what code was showing, she said she can only do it when the engine light is on that is not true, she just didn't want to do it because she's being lazy and didn't know what she was talking about and didn't care
