Went in for help with a windshield wiper that popped off, Drew was very helpful and got it back on there without a second thought.
Sold me a battery that is significantly smaller than factory size and does not fit properly in battery port. Obvious safety and securing issues. After returning the next day, wouldn’t let me exchange because I hooked it up for 5 minutes. Seriously? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not stand up at all.
Was late for work this morning due to a dead dang battery! Went to autozone over by the mall and was graciously helped by Mr Brady. He even helped put the new battery in my vehicle for me. Thank you so much my man for helping me out today! I wouldn't have been able to open my store on time if it weren't for your help. Thanks y'all!!
Excellent customer service Kennedy!! Great customer service, others asked. :) Clean, well organized store. Clean nice employees!!
It's a good store but they need to get rid of that homeless guy that's terrorizing people who lives behind the building in the early mornings and at night.
