Derek C. He provided outstanding customer service — not only did he help me choose the right car battery, He even went above and beyond by helping me install it, which saved me so much time. but he also took the time to educate me on how to install in the future.
Not at all what they used to be. Terrible service. Always the excuse or or never have they backed up their product. Sold the wrong parts to a friend had to go to a different auto parts store advance Auto parts. So if you need anything that's going to be worthwhile and actually fit your car I would recommend that would highly not recommend this.
