The staff here were great. They were really helpful in installing my car battery. Anthony was very patient in helping to install my battery and troubleshoot along with BeeJay.
Anthony replaced our start and stop battery on our 2019 Jeep Wrangler. He worked extremely hard and finally was able to remove the old start and stop battery and replace it with a new one. We cannot say enough good about Anthony and all the employees at the Grafton AutoZone. We had our normal car battery replaced two weeks ago and they did an outstanding job. If you need a battery go to AutoZone in Grafton.
I came into AutoZone after my oil light came on. Anthony, after telling me he just started, he was very kind and informed. He looked up the oil to ensure I had the right one for my vehicle and showed me how to put it in. This trip was smooth and I learned a little something today. Thanks Anthony!
Got new windshield wiper blades, and the cashier went out to my car and put them on for me, in the rain. Great customer service!!
