Can’t say enough about how good Alberta was with changing my battery. You don’t get that level of service and care anywhere else.
Wasn't too impressed with the store in Grafton. Took my mother-in-laws suv battery in to charge up. And when my wife got back it stop wouldn't work. So, I had to take back, and have them check it. Well, it was dead. Ask the staff if they actually checked it earlier. Not much of a response. Good thing the honored the warranty. Walked out with new battery.
Alberta was sooo helpful and kind. She put in my new headlights and it was great! James was so kind and helpful also.
Anthony W. was amazing and went above and beyond and helped me when I was stranded and was a savior to both me and my car. Thank you!
I went to auto zone for a low beam headlight replacement and was instantly helped by Beejay along with Anthony who came out and helped me replace it without struggle then followed by Beejay coming out to make sure I was all set. Thank you!
