The lady who helped me today was great. I'm not sure who Richard/Ricky is but he needs a lesson in how to talk to other employees. One should NEVER talk down to or about other employees in front of or to the customers. Very unprofessional.
Great customer service when I called on a later Sunday evening to replace a headlight bulb! Took less than 15 minutes for everything and cost less than $40 for the part and installation. Will definitely return!
