3 customers could not find an employee. Waited lo her than 10 minutes. Then 2 more came in. One left mad. Waited another 10 minutes. FINALLY someone came over. After I called the front desk. Not happy!

I walked into the store in Plain City, Utah. A young associate was busy checking out a guest, yet she paused long enough to acknowledge me, big smile to let me know she'd be right with me When she was finished, she politely asked how she could help me. I replied "There is an issue with the trim on my car & I need to know what it will require to fix it, & if you have what I need?" Great service
I went in there today for a simple task of changing my oil in my pressure washer online, it showed it was in stock. Went in the help, didn't want to help me. Told me to go to the aisle it should be on. Never came to help. Couldn't find the oil. I finally said I'm gonna go up to O'reilly's, and he says, thanks for coming in. See you later.
