I walked into the store in Plain City, Utah. A young associate was busy checking out a guest, yet she paused long enough to acknowledge me, big smile to let me know she'd be right with me When she was finished, she politely asked how she could help me. Great service
I went in there today for a simple task of changing my oil in my pressure washer online, it showed it was in stock. Went in the help, didn't want to help me. Told me to go to the aisle it should be on. Never came to help. Couldn't find the oil. I finally said I'm gonna go up to O'reilly's, and he says, thanks for coming in. See you later.
McKenna L at Auto Zone in Plain City on her lunch break changed my flat tire to my spare tire as I am 80 years old and could not do it. I was so flustered and she calmed me down with her expert help and kindness. I could not be more grateful. Awesome unexpected customer service.
