I go to AutoZone for a lot of my car repair needs and fixing used cars I have lots of needs. I use AutoZone because they are typically cheaper than Advance. I have mixed feelings about the employees at Rogersville, there are a couple of employees who are knowledgeable and can actually help you and give you advice but the majority of the employees I dont think could change their own oil. I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help from the moment I walked in. I came in with a dead battery, and not only did they help me find the right replacement, but they also installed it on the spot—free of charge.
