Rich F is definitely one of your best assets in this company! I brought my car as I had a drag on the start, he tested the battery and it was a little low but then he had be start it up, listened and rechecked. YES it was low! Replaced it in minutes. This is what community, company and personal pride looks like when serving a customer. He said first and foremost he didn’t want to replace a battery if that was not the problem! Wow! Thank you Rich. You are the BEST!
They are always good to me
Went by AutoZone today to have my car battery checked out. Stacey was friendly, professional and patient explaining the results of the battery test. With some upcoming summer trips, I did not want be dealing with a dead battery. Thank you Stacey!
They have very good customer service. As soon as you enter they are ready to help you and are very polite.
