Excellent service. My mom had an issue with her oil recently and Bryan was extremely helpful. He managed to calm her worries and even taught her how to properly add the oil to her car. 11/10 service.
Pésimo fui el día de ayer -12/03/26 una muchacha de cabello corto me atendió le pedí para escanear mi auto Suzuki aerio 2004 el cual tiene la cavidad para escaneo más abajo del guía está algo metido pero si lo tiene , fui por el hecho que me comentaron en Pepboys que el escaneo para códigos allí es gratis, la muchacha no hizo ni el intento para el trabajo miro por los alrededores y me dijo “ ay este carro no tiene para escanear” le comenté que si más abajo se metió y dijo no , no tiene, Le dije ; está bien!!!! El servicio pésimo por teléfono una cosa y presencial igual de miserable. Le ofrecen piezas a uno que ni un estimado de tiempo te pueden dar. No vuelvo
