Sometimes the only way to say thanks for GREAT service is to do a review. John H the manager here went above and beyond to help me out of a situation I had with my truck. In a time when it seems that customer service no longer exists, John proved that GREAT service is DEFINITELY still out there!! I tried to give him a tip for ALL of his help, but he refused stating I'm just happy I could help." Thanks John!! I highly recommend this store.
I don't normally leave reviews, but the manager (Im assuming he was the manager) is a good man. I took my wife and child to dinner across the street. Upon leaving, leaving the car wouldn't start. Popped the hood and determine it was a loose battery terminal. Not tools with me, luckily spotted the AutoZone across the street. Went in and told they guy my problem and before I could explain the full situation he was handing me the right tool to fix it. Had such an amazing experience at this store! Rob A. Was extremely helpful and not only told me the exact product I needed to buy but went above and beyond to help me fix my car AC when I had no idea what to do. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!
