Total disaster end to end they had no organization the worker tried to put on my wiper blades and couldn’t even though the instructions were on the box
I went in for a battery after my dealership advised that my battery health was low. I should have just gotten a new battery through my dealership. I went in with a picture of the battery I needed for reference, Shy (unsure of her to spell her name but she was rude) told me that reference picture “is not helpful”. She proceeded to ask the make and model of my car which was fine. She then found the battery and brought it out to me on a cart. There was a male worker who was also present but just standing around. Came in for new windshield wipers. Damian asked if I needed help installing them and noticed I bought the wrong ones. He exchanged them and installed them so much faster than I could on my own. Extremely good service!
