I am sure the woman who helped me was named Shai, or very close to that phonetic spelling. Any case, we spoke briefly about business at her store. This woman, made sure that all my automotive needs were cared for, and did so, in an impressive manner. Sales, and service, was quick, easy, and information, and directions were clear and precise. Damian and Will are fantastic employees and they represent Autozone to it's top tier. I have been having issues with my Audi TT I just bought and they walked me through all of my problems and had great advice. I'm not one for working on cars, but both Damian and Will were very professional and I never felt judged for asking questions. 5 stars, easily.
Good place to shop good prices...
Had to exchange a low beam bulb for a different type and Chris (Hamburg store)took the time to come out to my car, pull the owners manual and despite the manual indicating I had to go to dealer for bulb, he was able to figure out the correct bulb. Awesome!
