A couple of weeks ago, I came in looking for a new set of wiper blades for my vehicle. An employee helped me find a set and then offered to install them. After about five minutes of trying to jam in a piece that clearly didn’t fit, he realized he had the wrong size blades. He went back inside to grab another set. When he returned and put them on, they fit—but there was about a half-inch gap. I asked why it looked like that, as I’ve always known wiper blades to fit snugly.
