I asked Brian to take a look at my brake light two days ago and he resentfully told me that he could take a look at it only for him to yell at me when my trunk wouldn’t open fast enough. Instead of offering any helpful advice he told me to “Google it”. Do not ask Brian for help if you are a person of color. My coworker from advanced auto parts years back informed me of his racist tendencies and I found out that these rumors were correct.
Excellent fast service getting a battery replaced in my car! Westley at store 5505 was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- he checked my old battery first to confirm it needed to be changed, then set me up with a new battery and had it installed in 15 minutes.
