I came in after a day trip with my son because my battery light came on while I was driving and I knew that probably wasn’t good. I asked one of the guys working if they could run a test and tell me what was going on and he did(didn’t get his name but he was a very sweet young man with black hair). If you ever come here, ask for Brian. I had a catastrophic failure with my Charger two days before. After an expensive visit to the mechanic, I woke up to a check engine light. I was quite upset when i showed up. Not only did he check it out for me, but he was friendly and gave me a full breakdown of the results. He was patient and honest, and I really appreciated him that day. This guy deserves a medal. He earned this particular AutoZone a returning customer, and I am very picky.
Took my car to AutoZone yesterday because my check engine light was on. Wes, an employee there was SUPER helpful and very kind in helping me understand what was going on and how the issue could possibly affect my car. He didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything and even took the time to show and explain on my vehicle the issue. I truly appreciate the kindness and knowledge he displayed and I will be sure to go back to this store in the future.
