This location tried to charge me $370 for a loaner tool and when I did not have that much available in my account they charged my account for $250, and sent me away with nothing, no tools no parts. Until I called them and informed them I was aware that they had taken money I had not approved, essentially doing a back door transaction to take my money. You get what you pay for evidently. It makes me sad that instead of making me feel heard I was dismissed. I don't like giving bad reviews. I suggest using this company solely out of necessity. The counter people were skilled and understood how the part that failed could have caused a fatality(front ball joint). The manager David, if he did care I did not feel that way.
