Today I went to the Pepboys store in Miamisburg. The young lady (Abigail) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . I would take my car back there because of Abigail. She knows her stuff.

Would like to say I appreciate Dave for always helping me with my vehicle. He has help me every time I needed something for my vehicle and also came out to help me also. I appreciate the great customer service.
Came in late this evening. The plastic piece on my wheel well came lose and shredded pretty good. The lady behind the counter helped me out so much! I wish I got her name, but I didn't. She literally came out and helped figure our exactly which fastener I needed, and took the extra step of installing it for me. She was very intent on figuring out what I needed and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road.
