Would like to say I appreciate Dave for always helping me with my vehicle. He has help me every time I needed something for my vehicle and also came out to help me also. I appreciate the great customer service.
Came in late this evening. The plastic piece on my wheel well came lose and shredded pretty good. The lady behind the counter helped me out so much! I wish I got her name, but I didn't. She literally came out and helped figure our exactly which fastener I needed, and took the extra step of installing it for me. She was very intent on figuring out what I needed and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road.
the experience getting my headlight replaced was effective and fast. dave or david was great and really kind. however, one of the other older guys who checked my car seemed to have gotten angry at me and started raising his voice a bit trying to explain something to me. it just felt kind of rude and made me feel really anxious. i just feel like you shouldn’t get upset at someone for not knowing something about a car.
Had to stop in to buy a battery. Was in a hurry and did not have any tools with me but needed the battery installed right away. The current one was pretty much done for. G offered to install it and did it very quickly even with the battery being in the trunk of the car. I was not even aware AutoZone did battery installs until he he offered.
