Needed a new battery... brought my old in for core charge instead of returning later. Young man would not accept it, because I didn't have a receipt...how would I have a receipt if I hadn't actually bought the new one yet. Laughed at me... NAPA, 20 bucks less and proper service. If core charges are too difficult, why would anyone buy parts here?
Twice now, they've "recommended" dialectic grease by scanning it without a word said. I don't appreciate overpaying for something I never wanted.
Needed a new battery. I was under the weather and very miserable. Meaghan greeted me and we picked the proper product. I needed help with installation. I am not a mechanic but have done my own batteries for decades. Meaghan was honest and said she wasn't the resident battery installer. She grabbed the tool kit, battery and wheeled them out.
