I have been very pleased with the service at the mantua auto zone, McDudley S. took care of me today and he went over and above. McDudley walked me all over the store to help me find what I needed. It was incredible. McDudley even went on line to search for what I needed. McDudley was very kind and truly wanted to help me. I got my car towed to this autozone at 4 in the morning. Once greeted by the staff on their arrival, they had been kind and helpful to the matter, most especially Melissa. She showed concern and care for me as a customer, and my car as a customer as well! She (they) were so kind and helped me check, purchase and replace my battery! My superhero! Came into the store needing new windshield wipers and a new fuse, and Sandi was amazing with helping me find the right wipers and installing them for me. She also helped me find the correct fuse I needed and never hesitated to answer any questions I had.
