I walked in with my great grandfather the other day, and was greeted by Lorrie. I said we needed windshield wipers for my pops truck, and she kindly asked for the year make and model. I tell her, she helps us find them, and even recommends us a good brand. Not only that, but she also threw in free windshield washer fluid!! Then, she installed the wipers very quickly. She was very helpful and quick with helping us!
Called to ask about salt for the snow and the lady didn’t even say hello and sounded very agitated! As soon as she said no she hung right up on me! Horrible customer service! Theres probably a lot of calls coming in but no need to be rude!!!
