I forgot to write this review a while ago,but there was a manager there who (I forgot his name) was not only EXCELLENTLY trained in customer service but also had amazing knowledge on the parts he was selling. He had longer hair I think and was wearing a gray manager shirt,I hope he gets the recognition he deserves,not only did he not try to upsell me on a battery when I explained I couldn’t afford a very good one but when he realized they were all out of the cheap option he took his time with me to find one that had the same... read more
Counter personal were friendly helpful and professional
Mark the manager was absolutely amazing and saved us in a pinch! While on vacation in NoCo our check engine light turned on and the car was running a little rough. After checking with a couple of local auto shops everyone was booked out. Went to AutoZone and spoke to mark. We plugged the car into diagnose it and it was a coil misfiring. Luckily they had coils in stock and mark walked us through changing it out and we were able to get home back to RI successfully!!
