I’ve been coming to this location since they’ve opened and usually the help is great, when Mark was there he was great at helping me find my parts and sometimes he’d even diagnose problems for me too. It wasn’t up until recently that new management took over and the quality of help has gone down. I will say grifon and a select others are still very attentive.
