this was by far the worst Autozone experience I’ve ever had in my life. Shaq Bean wasn’t helpful at all and he had his kids running around the store not saying a word to them and didn’t seem like he knew much about the part I was looking for.
My family and I were on our way to Mississippi to visit family when the battery light came on while on the interstate. Roughly 20 minutes later our Odyssey started throwing all kinds of warning messages up, all electronics shut off, and the car would not accelerate even though the engine was running. So we were stuck on the side of the road, but thankfully we were only about 7 miles from our destination and family that could come help. One of the best stores around. The store manager will go above and beyond to make sure you get the right parts for your car. It's also the cleanest store I've ever been in. I will definitely be a repeat customer here and recommend you give them a try for any of your automotive needs
