This was a wonderful experience for a horrible car situation. The clerks were kind and extremely knowledgeable - all of them. The clientele were so helpful and kind too. We couldn't be more pleased and we thank God that He truly led us to that place.
Worst customer service ever
The part I needed was at the Tupelo store, and they had it delivered to the Amory store, free of charge, and within 3.5 hrs the same day. I was very pleased that they made arrangements for me to get the part today, and not have to wait till the next day. Overall, I was very satisfied with their help in getting the parts I needed as soon as possible. AAA+ score for the folks at Amory AutoZone.
