HUGE shout out to the manager of this store who helped my husband and I out with a flat tire last Sunday (March 9th). He was so friendly and professional. He saw that we were struggling with the air machine at a local gas station and offered to go get us some air. He came back with an air tank filled the tire and ensured that we were all set. First poor customer service experience with this company. I have a local autozone and I worked at it as a parts sale manager. We always strived to be helpful and friendly at mine and as manager there I made sure of it. Apparently this standards are not existence in all the locations. When your customer ask for a tool for rental you don't tell them "O you don't need any special tools for that removal". So I believe that some retraining on customer service should be done.
I had the worst experience 1st I was put on hold and they just put the phone down. Heard them talking the whole 5 minutes until I hung up, and called them back. 2nd after achieving what they had in stock . The person was rude and disrespectful. 3rd people are paying way to much for low grade parts. I Absolutely never will shop at auto zone .
