I had a magnificent experience at the Ellsworth, ME AutoZone. With wisdom, knowledge, compassion and aplomb, Jacob and Constance answered my call for help. (My 65 years of yearly prepaid roadside service agent failed me by saying Ellsworth was too far away to help.) Thank goodness for AutoZone. Jacob installed a better, more reliable battery than the previous ones bought from the roadside service company. Thank you AutoZone. I’ll be coming to you for batteries. Jacob snd Constance changed my life for good.
I broke down while traveling from Tennessee. I coasted into Auto Zone on the Saturday before Labor Day. Jacob, Mike, and Miranda were absolutely wonderful!! They pushed my dead car up their driveway, ran diagnostics on the car, helped me find a local rental car, and local mechanic. Being a single woman travelling alone I was so thankful to have found such wonderful people to help. They definitely went above and beyond in customer service!!
We were camping at Acadia when we noticed our battery was not keeping a charge. We raced to AutoZone at 5 p.m. on a Sunday night where Connie was extremely helpful. She charged out battery and then we were able to determine that the alternator needed to be replaced. Thankfully my husband had most of his tools with him to do the job in their parking lot.
