STAY AWAY My brother visited this location to get the replaced battery due to the damaged battery under warranty replacement program given by AutoZone. They were supposed to install the replaced battery and collect the damaged battery, but because the previous manager used a commercial account to issue replace battery, the store manager Robl Aklilu questioned him about how he had access to a commercial invoice. A big shout out to the Young Men working today at the Waters Road location in Germantown MD. I went in for a Battery and the process went so smooth. The Battery was installed so fast I was amazed. 10 minutes from start to finish. Keep up the Great work guys.
They have a huge variety of parts
I’ve tried multiple times to get assistance from the store manager arton but have never been able to reach him. I’ve visited at different times and days and only once saw him, and that was while he was doing an oil change in the front of the store. I don’t understand how a store can operate without a manager present…
