I’m truly saddened to leave this review, as this has always been my favorite location. I understand that unexpected things can happen, and my hope is that everything is okay with your staff. However, I arrived in your parking lot this morning around 7:26 AM, knowing the store opens at 7:30 AM. I planned to quickly run in and grab what I needed before heading to work. I’m not a car savvy person and it just happened to be Sunday when a message popped up on my car saying to check the engine oil. The staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Andres helped look up my car and log the issues. Then handed it over to Josh to assist with what oil I needed, how much I need, and to help fill the oil in the car. I asked what-if questions and he provided an answer to all of them. Overall so helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely come back to this store!
