I went to this AutoZone store to replace my car battery. They installed the new battery, but they couldn't properly secure it because the battery hold-down kit wasn't fitting correctly. They told me I needed to buy a new hold-down kit. I ordered the correct kit online and brought it back to the same store, expecting them to install it.
