This location has the most professional staff I have ever encountered at an Auto Zone franchise. I was acknowledged and helped immediately upon walking in. Now only did the staff member tell which which aisle to go to but he found me a few minutes later to make sure I had what I needed. Another staff member was also a tremendous help to me with providing info I needed. I enjoyed my experience here today, excellent customer service and kindness goes a long way. I will be back.
Very good customer service
Jonathan went above and beyond to help me test and replace the battery in my Volkswagen Tiguan. While doing so, he was also helping out his colleagues with online orders that kept coming in. Jonathan is an excellent employee, and I had a great experience! Thank you!
