I wanted to give a great thank you to everyone at the AutoZone location in Centreville, Md 21617. The Customer Service Rep Conner went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of with the right products for my vehicle. The Manager Tai is excellent at her job and helping locate and sometimes install products on my vehicle. Absolutely excellent in service and identifying the customer needs!!!!! I would highly recommend this location!!!!! Thanks again!!!!
Wanted to write this review after the dust settled. On Wednesday the 25th of June I was traveling to a jobsite and my cars alternator finally gave out. Had called a tow truck to drop me off the nearest Auto Zone to see if they had the parts I needed to get back on the road. Mind you I was also 2 hours away from home. The young man named Jackson was very courteous and professional he helped me through the whole ordeal.
