Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in an auto parts store and that’s saying a lot! Was trying to get gasket material and all the staff was very dismissive and disrespectful to the point I had to walk out.
Manager there was extremely awkward and weirddd made me want to buy more break pads oddly enough
I wanted to give a great thank you to everyone at the AutoZone location in Centreville, Md 21617. The Customer Service Rep Conner went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of with the right products for my vehicle. The Manager Tai is excellent at her job and helping locate and sometimes install products on my vehicle. Absolutely excellent in service and identifying the customer needs!!!!! I would highly recommend this location!!!!! Thanks again!!!!
