Today I dealt with Tyre Anthony, a pleasant person who is willing to help me. My battery is dying and none of the electronics in my car would work so my trunk was stuck closed. Not only did he crawl in the back seat and unlatch my trunk… He found my battery and gave me excellent advice. Through all of this, he smiled and was patient. His manager, Mr. Donoway also came out and checked in on us. I appreciate the customer service I experienced at the AutoZone in Berlin today
No joke I came in here with such serious mechanical error I mightave died riding home. Never been here, got amazing treatment and help over like an hour and half. Owners, you got amazing employees❤️
